Marketing for home services franchising involves a good deal of print! Here is a collection of print materials I have designed in the past year, ranging from flyers to door hangers to signage. For some marketing campaigns below, I have included the accompanying social media and email headers that I designed along with the print materials.
NESTO HOME SHOW BANNER
2026
2026
I created a 20'x10' backdrop banner for a home show that a franchisee was planning to attend. This is for Nesto, a project that markets multiple brands of home services to a given customer. The concept was to pinpoint different areas of the house to show that this location can service all areas of your home with tile & grout services, kitchen & closet organization installation, and handyman services. I designed the layout to account for the table and other potential trade show pieces they might have in front of the backdrop.
360° PAINTING x SHERWIN-WILLIAMS FREE PAINT UPGRADE
September – October 2026
September – October 2026
360° Painting runs a free paint upgrade campaign with brand partner Sherwin-Williams several times a year. For the fall season, the campaign focuses on upgrades to Sherwin-Williams Emerald® series interior paint products. I designed a door hanger, a 9"x6.25" EDDM mailer, and a full page flyer for this campaign.
Below are the accompanying social media posts and email drip campaign headers that I designed.
THE GROUT MEDIC: FREE FLOOR HEALTH CHECK
2026
2026
This Free Floor Health Check is a toolkit for The Grout Medic owners to generate leads through free estimates, or "health checks," and to branch out from purely residential jobs into residential and commercial.
Accompanying these print pieces are the following social media posts. In lieu of real-life "water drop test" video footage, I designed the reel in Canva and animated what the water droplets look like on sealed and unsealed grout.
WINDOW GANG: FIGHTING GRIME IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD
2026
2026
In 2025, I designed a print piece for Window Gang and came up with the copy: "Fighting Grime in Your Neighborhood" — a callout to the archetype of a gangster protecting their local community. The brand lead for Window Gang took a liking to it and requested that we incorporate the phrase into our regular marketing materials.
